  1. From my observations, the future looks more like suppression of speech and ideas you don't like. ( edit: you being big tech companies)

  2. The talk could be improved by defining meaning? Referencing Peterson's work with McGilchrist on the neuroscience of the brain, and the orienting reflex would have been more illuminating. A deeper definition gives more scope to explore the metaphors vs science problem that is being discussed.

    It is somewhat helpful to seek "any" definition of the word meaning, but without a metaphorical bedrock for the idea beyond what makes sense to us, you can go too broad and too shallow.
