October 2016’s Rhyme of the Month: “Baby Corn”

Welcome to the Enoch Pratt Free Library State
Library Resource Center’s Handy Dandy Rhymes. The rhyme of the month is “Baby Corn” On a summer picnic what did I see? A little ear of corn smiling at me I smothered it with butter
and rubbed my tum added salt and pepper
and yum, yum, yum Now you don’t need corn
You have your arm instead Do it with me On a summer picnic what did I see?
a little ear of corn smiling at me I slathered it with butter
and rubbed my tum added salt and pepper
and yum, yum, yum Thank you!
